Record £46 Million Raised by BBC Children in Need

Location Medical Sere pleased to be asked back for the 10th year to support this headline  fundraising event for the BBC. We had teams in Elstree Studios on Friday (the studios being temporarily vacated by Strictly come Dancing - which we are still covering up in Blackpool). We were  also involved with many of the pre-recorded stunts and sketches.

£46 Million is a phenomenal total raised and it was a great show that we (and everyone else involved) are proud to be a part of.

BONHAMS LONDON TO BRIGHTON VETERAN CAR RUN - Event Medical Cover
London to Brighton Classic Car Run

London to Brighton Classic Car Run

LMS were fortunate to be involved in the classic London to Brighton car run.

Starting in Hyde Park we had medics as bike responders, in rapid response cars and paramedic ambulances covering the whole route,

The participants are dedicated to getting their machines to the finish,  occasionally doing some engineering enroute, this was the only source a couple of very minor injuries that required our attention.

Large crowds formed at the finish to see the incredible sight of these many priceless vintage vehicles cross the finish line.

The weather was a touch bracing, however, this was more than made up for by the absence of the forecast rain and glorious blue skies.

Here are a few other things to take a look at :

•It is super secure, https://locationmedical.com the https means every page and form is encrypted.

•New news feed locationmedical.com/news will be updated weekly with our news about our services, stories and people. Don’t worry if you're a facebook addict, all news will go there automatically.

•There are two new areas of the site Event Medical Services  and Film & TV Medical Support.

oWithin Film & TV you may notice the pictures aren’t as fresh as the Event Medic section 😭.  Producers and Directors don’t want our medics taking pictures on set! So if you're a film or TV customer send us any pics you have of our medics on you set, please.

•Finally if you a client we would love your feedback on our services and quality of our medical services, email your thoughts to mail@locationmedical.com.

That’s all for now .. looking forward to your feedback.

LMS PREPARES TO LAUNCH NEW CUSTOMER WEBSITE

Location Medical is pleased to announce that we are finally dragging our (rather dated) website into the 21st century (it hasn't been touched much since 2008)! We hope that the "new look" site will provide a lot more information for customers, a better layout and be mobile-device friendly.

Have a look and please let us know what you think? We think its all de-bugged...but if you find any broken links (or typos) it would be great to hear from you!
